Mrs. Ann P. Smith, age 91, of Opp, Alabama passed away Friday, January 2, 2026 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Jack Smith; son, Max Smith; grandchildren, Brandon Lee Smith & Macy, and Jorden Chandler & Shawn; great-grandchildren, Parker, Payton and Paisley; and sisters, Eulene Jones and Rebecca Mathews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Smith Holt; sisters, Lou Ellen Martin and Geraldine Smith; brothers, Earl Phillips and Ronnie Phillips; and parents, Univie Hall Phillips & Ocie Phillips.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ann P. Smith will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 4, 2026 from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Bro. Flint Harrelson will be officiating.
